Opportunity at a Glance
The primary purpose of this role is to establish clinical relationships in markets where new campus location are likely to open and to support new programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with health organizations in potential and current markets.
- Develop and manage a national account strategy.
- Use direct mail, telephone, email and face-to-face meetings to determine clinical site capacity for Chamberlain University students and potential for partnership.
- Initiate clinical affiliation agreements and other types of written support for applications for approval of program and new campuses.
- Researches, contacts, negotiates, and contracts with potential clinical agencies for student experiences.
- Identifies potential strategic opportunities based on market intelligence.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on clinical relationship initatives.
- Identify best practices, create client facing information, and establish on-going working relationships.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required and
- Master's Degree Preferred
- 5+ years business development experience Required and
- Healthcare sales experience Preferred and
- Nursing Preferred and
- 1+ year years salesforce.com experience Preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills – must be able to work with various levels of management
- Team player willing to share and exchange ideas
- Action oriented – work autonomously with little direction
Additional InformationIn support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $53,520.90 and $96,736.53. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
