Customized facials, advanced treatments within your license, skin analysis, brows, waxing, and smart service recommendations that actually get clients results. You will work in a high-traffic salon that feeds your book and gives you the visibility and support to grow fast.

You will collaborate with hairstylists and nail techs to create a seamless full-service experience, keep sanitation standards elite, manage your schedule like a pro, and represent the brand at the level the clientele expects.

Compensation :

$40,000 - $80,000 yearly

• Provide exceptional aesthetic services that meet Beauty Bar’s high-end standards
• Maintain a professional, welcoming vibe for every client who walks in
• Deliver customized facials, advanced skincare within your licensing, waxing, brows, and other esthetic services with precision
• Manage your bookings efficiently using our streamlined systems
• Ensure consistency and quality across every treatment, because details absolutely matter here
• Keep your treatment room clean, organized, and yes, Instagram worthy
• Collaborate with hairstylists and nail techs to create a seamless, full-service beauty experience
• Engage with salon promotions and social media initiatives to grow your personal brand
• Stay current on trends, techniques, and products because we love pros who never stop leveling up
• Encourage clients to enjoy the full Beauty Bar experience, drinks included
