Job Summary :

As a Maintenance / Custodial Person at McDonald's, you are responsible for the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant, ensuring that both the interior and exterior meet our Gold Standard for safety, sanitation, and presentation. Your work directly impacts the guest experience by creating a clean, welcoming, and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and parking lot
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors
• Clean restrooms and restock supplies regularly
• Wipe down surfaces, walls, windows, doors, and trash receptacles
• Empty trash bins and assist with waste disposal procedures
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs, unclogging drains, or reporting facility issues
• Organize and maintain janitorial supplies and cleaning tools
• Assist with unloading deliveries and maintaining clean storage areas
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper chemical handling
