• Monday through Friday schedule 8am - 5pm
• 18 - 20 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Pediatric care optional dedicated provider available for younger patients
• Women's health procedures required including paps
• Hospital privileges available
• Board certification required
• Adult-only practice option available
