Assistant Machine Operator : Fort Atkinson, WI

Our customer located in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin is a growing company that is committed to providing excellent service to their customers while producing a quality work. As a Machine Operator Support on 2nd Shift, you will be responsible for assisting with machine setup, monitoring machine performance, ensuring product quality, and supporting the team to maintain a safe and efficient production environment.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Machine Operator :

• Assist the machine operator with starting, stopping, and adjusting machinery to ensure efficient operation.
• Monitor machine performance, identifying irregularities or malfunctions and assisting with troubleshooting.
• Help prepare and set up machinery for production, including loading materials and adjusting settings.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency and report defects to the machine operator.
• Follow all safety protocols, ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with operational standards.

Assistant Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications :

Pay for Assistant Machine Operator : Starting at $18.25 / hour.

Assistant Machine Operator Benefits :

Type : 2nd Shift, Full-time

Schedule : Monday – Friday from 2 : 00pm– 10 : 00pm. Hours may vary.
