Testing Lead Program Manager

A company is looking for a Testing Lead, Program Manager to oversee and manage a large enterprise-wide HRIS system and data integration project.

Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end test strategy for HRIS, payroll, benefits, and data integration across multiple systems

Lead system integration testing and manage defect triage cycles, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Facilitate communication and reporting of test progress and risks to executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Experience in project / program management and test strategy development in large enterprises

Proficiency in tools such as Zephyr for Jira, Confluence, and SmartSheet

Strong background in data testing and system integration

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field

Experience with test automation tools and processes
