Experience: Minimum of 1 year inpatient rehab or acute experience required.
License: Physical Therapy License required.
Certifications: BLS required. First Aid certification preferred. Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire.

Must-Have: Work experience in physical therapy.

Description:
Must live 100 miles away.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Position requires availability for 40 hours a week.
Every other weekend availability is required, with most likely one weekend a month.
Must be available to work one holiday if needed.
The therapist will provide quality physical therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and administration of treatment to all patients.
Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral.
Develops comprehensive age-appropriate plans of care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation.
Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment.
Responding effectively to new and changing work assignments is necessary.
