We are seeking a Hospice Community Liaison to expand community awareness and strengthen referral partnerships. This position goes beyond traditional sales ? it’s an opportunity to represent a compassionate organization that supports patients and families during some of life’s most important moments.

What We’re Looking For

• A relationship-driven professional who enjoys connecting with others
• Someone with a passion for hospice care and a heart-centered approach
• A confident communicator who can build trust with healthcare partners
• A track record of meeting or exceeding outreach or sales goals
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and industry standards
• Professional, respectful, and collaborative
• Well-established network within Houston and surrounding areas (preferred)
