Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical maintenance in commercial or institutional facilities.

Proficient in electrical systems up to 480V, including three-phase power, and familiarity with PLCs and BAS preferred.

Skilled in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Experience in general building maintenance, custodial duties, and groundskeeping.

Certification as Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred.

Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and general safety practices.

Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask.

Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.

Flexible schedule including availability for emergency calls, nights, and weekends.

Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Exposure to dust, chemicals, noise, and energized electrical equipment.

May require climbing, working at heights, and performing physically demanding tasks.
