Warehouse Associate - OH, Batavia
Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a premier provider of away-from-home convenience services, offering snacks, beverages, and breaktime essentials that keep our customers refreshed and energized. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a hands-on environment where every shift contributes directly to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
- Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Inspect products for damage and dispose of defective items according to company procedures.
- Safely lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Assist with warehouse organization, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
- Follow company safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure order completion.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
