Position Description - What the Role Entails :

The Nurse LPN works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team providing therapeutic and rehabilitative services to address all treatment needs, including crisis management, substance abuse treatment, medication management, physical health treatment, mental health treatment, accessing benefits and entitlements, and other supportive services.

Schedule : This is a part-time, on-call position with variable hours, including early mornings and weekends as needed. Flexibility is essential, as shifts will be scheduled based on operational requirements and necessity.
