Responsibilities :

• Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders—including portfolio managers, custodians, and clients—to resolve cash / trade breaks and communicate critical information affecting core transfer agent processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert by performing root-cause analysis on complex data trends, identifying processing inefficiencies, and executing actionable recommendations to improve fund and cash operations.
• Lead business unit projects and organizational initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality review procedures while coordinating team members to address operational concerns and deliver timely reporting.

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range : Hourly $32.00 to $35.00
