Hours & Pay Rate
Mon-Fri : 2 : 00pm – 10 : 30pm I You'll Do :
- Perform chemical and manual cleaning of parts using advanced processing methods
- Operate equipment for scrubbing, wiping, masking, blasting, etching, coating, baking, and drying
- Handle hazardous chemicals safely and according to all protocols
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of your work area through daily upkeep and 6S practices
- Follow SOPs, lean manufacturing procedures, and safety policies at all times
- Record SPC measurements and use Microsoft Word / Excel to log and track data
- Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities
- Take pride in your work with consistent task reporting and quality assurance
What You Bring :
High school diploma or GED required; AA degree or technical coursework preferred1+ year of manufacturing or materials processing experience required; 3+ years preferredPrevious experience in parts cleaning, coating, blasting, or the semiconductor industry is a major plusKnowledge of Kaizen or Lean practices is beneficialStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficientlyExcellent verbal / written communication and basic computer skills (Word, Excel)Comfortable wearing cleanroom gowning such as frocks and hairnetsFlexible availability, including evenings or weekends if neededWe offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k options, life and disability insurance, weekly pay, employee discount programs, referral bonus potential, unmatched professional development, and more!
