Calyx Senior Living is seeking a hands-on Director of Clinical Services (RN) serving our assisted living communities in the Raleigh Durham Triangle area. A Calyx Director of Clinical Services (RN) is a full time Raleigh area position, circulating 5 days a week in our communities. This individual is responsible for the oversight of regulatory and clinical operational compliances, serving as a resource and a mentor to the community's Resident Care Director, and assisting with training while ensuring compliance with policies, processes and procedures impacting the delivery of quality resident care.

Director of Clinical Services (RN) Qualifications:

• RN nursing license in the state of North Carolina that is listed in good standing with the NC Board of Nursing required
• Minimum of three years nursing experience, long-term care experience preferred
• Multi-site clinical management/supervisory experience in Assisted Living/Independent Living is ideal.
