Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage relationships with high-value clients across the construction industry.

Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts.

Provide labor productivity consulting to clients, offering solutions to improve efficiency across their operations.

Travel up to 50% to meet with clients, manage accounts, and maintain strong relationships.

Regularly visit job sites to foster client connections, identify project needs, and ensure consistent satisfaction.

Actively support and promote safety measures for all craft professionals, helping maintain a safe work environment across all locations.

Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver customized staffing solutions for complex projects.

Qualifications :

10+ years of high-level experience in construction staffing, labor consulting, or a related field.

Deep expertise in national, industrial, and mission-critical sectors.

Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.

Strong business development skills with a consistent track record of acquiring new clients.

Experience providing consulting and designing customized labor solutions for complex projects.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
