What You'll Do As a Senior Manager, Compliance & Risk

Provide advisory support on regulatory requirements and control implementation, monitoring regulatory developments and guiding the business on necessary adaptations.

Draft standards, assess risk, and design control frameworks for new and existing processes.

Lead issue management, including root cause analysis and remediation tracking.

Maintain and enhance Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) data and tooling, and support the rollout and training of new GRC systems.

Deliver reporting on compliance trends and regulatory insights.

Conduct risk and control assessments for critical products and functions.

Support broader compliance and risk program initiatives as needed, using automation and AI to streamline operations.

What You'll Bring

At least 7 years of experience in compliance, risk, or audit in a regulated industry.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risk management.

Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills with proven ability to simplify complex concepts for a range of audiences.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational precision.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
