YOU DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS DISPATCH POSITION

As a Plumbing Office Admin - Dispatcher, you start your day by answering incoming calls from customers who need help-fast. You schedule appointments, dispatch plumbers to job sites, and ensure seamless communication between clients, plumbers, and office staff. You keep track of the team's locations, accurately bill for each service, and problem-solve on the fly. Every call you take and every schedule you organize directly impact the success of our team.

This is a full-time, in-office dispatch role based in National City, CA, with a set schedule of Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
