• Help execute individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Instruct, motivate, and assist patients during therapeutic activities
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
• Ensure documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant
• Support patient education and continuation of care at home Required Skills What You Bring : - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Texas PTA license (or ability to obtain)
• Team-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow, especially in vestibular and balance therapy
