Actalent is looking for a clinical patient recruiter in Richardson, TX! If you are interested in this position, please read over the job description below!

Pay : $18 / hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruit patients for study participation via incoming calls, cold calls, and texting platforms
  • Conduct phone screening interviews based on protocol-specific criteria
  • Collaborate with Coordinators to meet recruitment goals and assess eligibility
  • Schedule screening visits and perform reminder calls
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and update databases
  • Follow recruitment policies and procedures for tracking participants
  • Implement recruiting strategies and prepare action plans
  • Provide weekly updates on recruitment activities
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential participants

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in patient recruitment or clinical research is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
