Shipping Coordinator
Technology Solutions
$20.00 per hour
Monday-Friday, 8-Hour Shift Between 7:00a-6:00p
Worthington, Ohio (onsite)

What You’ll Do:
  • Process and track incoming packages, match them to corresponding orders, and ship them to end-users
  • Add requested accessories to orders and verify correct equipment was received
  • Complete clearance documents, review final orders, and assist with receiving packages and pallet shipments
  • Manage inventory of devices and accessories and ensure shipments meet service level agreements (SLA)
  • Record data for outbound shipments and process return orders from clients
  • Equip and provision devices as required
  • Provide support to the helpdesk, logistics, and Project Management teams
  • Perform any tasks requested by the Shipping Lead and Logistics Manager to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Great time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this position successfully
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
