We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Safety Director to expand and integrate our safety program beyond development operations. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Safety, this role will lead the extension of safety systems, policies, contractor oversight, and communications across our enterprise functionsincluding Property Operations, Energy (solar, battery, EV charging), Essentials (service contracting), and Data Centers.

This position is key to ensuring a consistent, data-driven, and scalable safety framework that supports risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, ESG initiatives, and overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Hiring Salary Range of : $133,600 - $167,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
