LHH is looking for a dynamic Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's Human Resources team in Chicago. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for our internship and co-op programs, while building strong relationships with universities and student organizations to elevate our on-campus employer brand. What You'll Do :

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for intern and co-op positions-from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and deliver top student talent.
• Design and execute campus recruitment strategies, including career fairs, on-campus interviews, and employer branding events.
• Conduct interviews at target universities and foster relationships with student organizations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track and report on recruiting metrics and program outcomes.
• Support HR initiatives and contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements.

Pay Details : $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
