Bilingual Account Manager

We are seeking a Bilingual Account Manager to join a dynamic, customer-focused team. This role combines order management and account ownership for global clients, primarily in South America. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities :

• Help customers identify correct parts.
• Manage order entry and quote creation in SAP or similar ERP system.
• Update customers on order status, shipping timelines, and documentation via email.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records for global accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager in Argentina and internal teams for bilingual communication.
• Support approximately 500 customers per territory (mix of repeat and one-time orders).
• Participate in weekly product training with the engineering team.

Work Environment :

This is a fully onsite role from 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break. The workspace is a cubicle within an open, collaborative environment. The team consists of four members, fostering a family-oriented culture with open communication and team support. Hands-on training with experienced representatives and gradual onboarding are provided for success. There is an opportunity to manage global accounts and grow into full account ownership with direct access to leadership.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blaine, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
