Procurement Specialist

We need you to help us maintain the excellent quality of service our team has come to expect. Must be very driven, a self-starter, and welcome to a challenging, fast-paced work environment. You will assist our Production Team in procuring needed material and supplies and help with project coordination throughout the construction process.

MUST LIVE IN MIDDLE TN AREA. POSITION IS LOCATED IN CORPORATE OFFICE.

This is NOT a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Support team in acquiring job permits and licenses required for each job
• Quote and finalize rental agreements for jobsite equipment
• Create and distribute supervisor packets ahead of each job start
• Monitor material returns, rental returns, and permit finals to ensure proper close out of jobs
• Request and follow up with suppliers on corrections for inaccurate invoices
• Input procurement data into tracking spreadsheets on a regular, on-going basis
• Provide daily support to field supervisors before, during, and after the job
• Actively pursue cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
• Additional task / duties as assigned
