Finance Operations Lead, Deloitte Global Finance

Work you'll do

Deloitte Global Finance is seeking candidates to join the Global Finance Strategic Growth Offerings Team in support of Strategic Growth Offerings focused initiatives (e.g., business performance analysis, reporting expansion, benchmarking). This role collaborates with the Global Operate team, Deloitte businesses, and Deloitte Member Firms to support Operate focused initiatives including a finance component and coordinate the Operate investment portfolio.

Responsibilities include :

• Coordinating across constituencies to lead projects, conduct analysis, solicit input and direction, and develop recommendations and implementation plans (e.g., principles for investment, financial reporting processes and implementation)
• Developing processes for monitoring business performance including identification of metrics, driving required tracking into foundation systems and assessing ongoing performance
• Coordinating investment execution with the Operate businesses and MF teams
• Combine financial analysis with an understanding of the business to drive ad-hoc analyses and projects and produce strategic insights and recommendations
• Preparing executive level presentations of performance and programs
• Coordinating across other team members and Global Finance teams to manage projects and / or aggregate data
• Participating in Global Finance-wide events / town halls

The team

Global Finance provides the most cutting-edge and insightful research and analysis of the financial health of the entire Deloitte organization around the world. We advise, guide, and monitor global initiatives in five major areas : tax, member-firm reporting, finance and accounting, strategic projects, and financial analysis.

Successful candidates for this position will bring a strategic perspective, strong analytical capability, project delivery experience, and experience with financial reporting, planning and analysis.
