Meet the Global Logistics & Distribution Team! Our L&D organization plays a vital role in ensuring Dexcom products reach customers efficiently and on time. From managing material flow to optimizing distribution processes, this team is the backbone of operational excellence. At the Mesa Regional Distribution Center (RDC), collaboration and precision are keywe work across shifts and functions to keep everything moving seamlessly.
As a Logistics Analyst at Dexcom, you'll be the central hub for coordination within the Mesa RDC. Your mission : keep material flowing smoothly and operations running without disruption. You'll manage shipment planning, truck scheduling, and administrative tasks while using data analysis to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, organization, and leveraging data to drive efficiency.
The Logistics Analyst ensures seamless coordination of material flow and logistics operations within Dexcom's Mesa RDC. Acting as a central point for cross-functional and cross-shift communication, this role drives issue resolution and manages exceptions to maintain operational continuity. Responsibilities include shipment planning, truck scheduling, administrative support, and performance monitoring through data analysis. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in data tools to enable fact-based decision-making and operational excellence.

Experience and Education Requirements : Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
Exempt Salary Details : The annual base salary range for this role is $56,200.00 to $93,600.00. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
Language Skills : Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
