Position Title : Legal Collector Location : Kansas City, MO Employment Type : Full-Time | Direct Hire | $70-75,000 annually Overview : LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company who is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in collections within a legal or professional services environment, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage sensitive client accounts with professionalism and compliance. Key Responsibilities :

• Contact clients regarding past-due accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Review and interpret legal documents related to collections, including judgments and payment agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and communications.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare reports on collection status and progress for management.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
