Responsibilities :

• Handle B2B wholesale customer inquiries (boutiques, online stores, chain retailers) via phone, email, and B2B platforms
• Process and manage orders (EDI, showroom orders, online wholesale portals)
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and claims resolution
• Coordinate shipping schedules and inventory checks
• Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth customer experience
• Provide support during showroom appointments and trade shows
