We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and professional Outreach Coordinator to join our team and help strengthen our presence in the community.
Position Summary
The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening community relationships to increase awareness, engagement, and access to treatment opportunities. This role focuses on building partnerships with referral sources, community organizations, and healthcare providers to support individuals and families seeking recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Represent The Phoenix Recovery Center at community events, health fairs, professional conferences, and networking functions.
- Conduct outreach presentations and educational sessions to increase awareness of behavioral health programs and services.
- Provide regular updates on outreach efforts, outcomes, and areas for growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach strategies and adjust as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in community outreach, behavioral health, healthcare, or social services.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse communities.Knowledge of behavioral health systems, community resources, and referral processes.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM / database systems (KIPU, Salesforce, or similar).Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel for community events and meetings. Must be able to qualify to be on company's car insurance to drive a company vehicle.Compensation & Benefits
