• % of Practice : 25% Hem, 75% Onc
• Physicians in Practice : PT Hem Onc, FT Breast Surgeon, FT Surgical Onco, 2 FT Radiation Onc.
• Duties :
• Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests & Images and Prescribes.
• Required Procedures :
• Chemo : Intracavitary-Intrapleural / Peritoneal, etc.
• Chemo : Intrathecal, FNA / Biopsy & Mgmt. of VAD / CV Catheters
• EMR : Epic
• Other Info :
• Administration of Chemo : Nurse Onc
• Do not do chemo in the center; It's 2 miles away in the OP infusion center.
• A lot of Spanish-speaking patients; they have interpreters.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
