Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform efficient and accurate teller transactions including handling cash, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, official checks, money orders, and credit card advances
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with members
• Ensure prompt and professional resolution of member requests including account maintenance, online banking support, and other service related tasks
• Provide information about Credit Union products and services including cross-selling as appropriate
• Follow Credit Union policies and procedures
• Understand and adhere to regulatory requirements
• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Language : Proficiency in English (Required) and Spanish (Preferred)
