The Innovation Project Manager oversees the innovation initiatives across Marmon Crane Services. We are seeking a detailed-oriented, creative minded individual who has experience managing multiple projects with varying timelines. They will be responsible for overseeing innovation projects from start to finish.

• Responsible for the planning, procurement, and execution of innovation projects.
• Act as a thought partner to MCS leaders to shape early-stage innovation opportunities into concrete projects.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to align project plans, priorities, execution and delivery of highly technical initiatives.
• Manage, plan and track resources, milestones, deliverables, and communications throughout the execution of simultaneous projects.
• Anticipate and plan for future needs and challenges around timelines, workflow changes and program deliverables.
• Availability to travel 20% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.
