Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including comprehensive physical examinations and nuanced evaluations of medical histories

• Work hand-in-hand with surgeons to devise and implement tailored surgical treatment plans
• Provide critical intraoperative support, organizing the operating room, ensuring patient safety during positioning, and skillfully passing surgical instruments
• Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, focusing on medication management, wound care, discharge planning, and thorough patient education

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Strong preference for candidates with completed clinical rotations emphasizing surgical practice

Certifications

• Current and valid PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certification mandatory
