Position highlights

• Full-time otolaryngologist; new position due to growth of the program
• The 113-bed Aurora Medical Center in Sheboygan was built just a few years ago and the 10-bed hospital in Fond du Lac opened in 2024 adjacent to the clinic and surgery center
• The Sheboygan team consists of two experienced partners; currently there is no ENT coverage available in Fond du Lac
• You will spend approximately 2.5 days a week in each location; Sheboygan coverage includes our clinic in Plymouth
• You will enjoy a comprehensive mix of cases and procedures, caring for patients of all ages
• Skilled support staff with Advanced Practice Professionals, MA and office staff; audiology services are available in both locations
• Enjoy an outstanding referral base from within the clinics and surrounding communities
• Call will be 1 : 3, Sheboygan only
• The system Otolaryngology Division is comprised of physicians sub-specialized in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Reconstruction, Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery, Neurotology, Laryngology, and Sleep Medicine and are always ready to provide support
• Both Sheboygan and Fond du Lac are an hour from Milwaukee, 2.5 hours from Chicago and an easy drive to beautiful Door County

• Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

• Starting salary range :  $533,357 - $533,357
