This career step requires senior level experience. Configuration involves setting up and tailoring the functionality of SaaS and Enterprise-wide applications to meet specific business requirements without writing code.

This role requires extensive hands-on Workday configuration experience. Applicants with extensive Workday Talent, Workday Recruiting, and Workday Compensation experience are highly desired.

Key roles and responsibilities:

This includes tasks such as: Configuring tables, fields, and forms. Defining business rules, UI policies, and client scripts using the platform's graphical interface. Configuring workflows and approvals using delivered, UI-based editor tools (i.e. ServiceNow’s Workflow Editor). Designing and configuring service portals, widgets, and catalog items. Setting up user roles, groups, and permissions. Configuring integrations with external systems using pre-built connectors and APIs. Configuration allows users to customize software solution behavior and appearance to align with their organization's processes and workflows without the need for custom coding or development.

Job Contribution:

Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies. Extremely knowedgeable on one or more copmlex modules of he software application. Generally leads in a certain module(s). Must have advanced level relevant Software

Certifications in area of discipline. Preferred Bachelors degree in Computer Science.

Experience:

Typically requires 5-8 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Our Lead Software Configuration, earns between $118,800-$178,200 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
