Job Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Hospital Medicine Location: Green Bay, WI Employment Type: Full-Time 7-on / 7-off Schedule Compensation: $110,000 $135,000 annually, based on experience About the Opportunity Join a physician-led hospital medicine team in Green Bay as we launch an exciting new program. We re seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality inpatient care while helping shape the program from the ground up. With a 7-on / 7-off day schedule , you ll enjoy predictable rotations and meaningful downtime. What You ll Do Deliver excellent inpatient care in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff Manage admissions, daily rounding, and discharges Partner with leadership to achieve and maintain quality metrics Participate in protocol implementation and program development Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes What We re Looking For Master s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies (required) Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (required) Active Wisconsin license or ability to obtain prior to start (required) DEA registration (preferred) Hospital or acute care experience preferred What We Offer Salary: $110,000 $135,000 annually Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement program with employer match Paid time off Predictable 7-on / 7-off schedule supporting true work-life balance
