Receptionist Coverage December 2,3,9,10 (4 days total)
Location : Washington, DC near Union Station
Hours : 9-5 : 15 pm with a 45 min lunch break (7.5 hours)
Our client, a medical association is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to support their team for 4 days in December The days needed are December 2nd, 3rd, 9th and 10th. This role is the first point of contact for members, visitors, and callers, providing excellent customer service and efficient administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors, members, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members
