[job_card.job_description]RN for Progressive Care Unit. All patients on bedside cardiac monitors. Typically 1 : 4 RN to patient ratios. 36 hours weekly, every other weekend and one major holiday per contract. Must have current nursing license with Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start. Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter with minimum 80% score. Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required prior to start and updated every 3 years with minimum 80% score. Ascension Color Vision test completed prior to start and updated every 3 years. Completion of Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics within a year of start, updated yearly with minimum 80% score. Ascension EKG Exam required prior to start with passing score of at least 80%. Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation and Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding required prior to start. Documentation of immunizations and health requirements including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, and TB testing as specified. Fit Test required prior to start and updated annually. Health Statement or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter. Driver's License / State ID must be valid and verified. Ascension Skills Checklist clinical only, to be completed within one year of start and updated annually for specialty. 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually thereafter. Verification of education relevant to clinical work within 90 days of start. Professional references and background checks as required by Ascension policies. 36 hours weekly. Every other weekend. Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start. Pharmacology and Medical Surgical exams required with minimum 80% score. Background checks and professional verifications required.
