Job Description for RN / LPN

8 Hour Shifts

65 Bed Facility

RN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care / related services for residents in accordance with their care plan

Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs

Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

Qualifications for RN / LPN

A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents

Current RN License

Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification

Good Working knowledge of State Rules / Regulations

Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
