Key Responsibilities
Advises students on academic programs, policies, and procedures while liaising with other departments
Evaluates and monitors students' academic progress, developing outreach strategies as needed
Handles general student inquiries and concerns, advocating for positive student experiences
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of service experience, preferably in customer support or customer relations
Familiarity with internal IT and business systems
Proficiency in MS Office and Gmail
Self-motivated with a positive demeanor and ability to adapt to changes
