As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you'll be the friendly voice answering calls for a variety of businesses, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for every interaction.

Embody the client's brand and ensure a warm, professional experience for every caller. In every action you do when you h andle incoming calls, from greeting callers, providing and requesting required information, transferring calls, or taking messages as necessary , you'll play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch customer service.

In our fast-paced environment, flexibility is key. Your positive, can-do attitude will shine through in every interaction!

To be successful in this role, you must have :

  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
  • Computer skills in a Windows based environment
  • Good attendance
  • The ability to work one weekend day and holidays
  • The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
  • Speak, read and write fluent Spanish / English
