Our Commercial Construction client is looking for a few good Estimating Coordinators, who committed to completing exceptional construction projects for a competitive price and to developing long-lasting relationships with their clients by providing creative ideas and experience, understanding and communicating clearly in a professional manner.
JOB SUMMARY :
Under the direction of the Estimating Manager, or the assigned Estimator, the Estimating Coordinator (EC) performs administrative duties for the Estimating Department. The primary goal of the EC is to make sure there is sufficient sub coverage on each trade for every bid. The EC is responsible for document procurement, control and distribution as well as project coordination, subcontractor coverage and estimator assistance throughout the estimating process.
