Lead a Recruiting Division in Building Materials | SnapDragon Associates

Ready to run your own team and take ownership of a vertical you know best?

SnapDragon Associates, the top executive search firm in the Building Materials space, is looking for experienced recruiters or B2B sales professionals with deep networks in the following sectors :

  • Sawmills
  • Commercial Door & Hardware
  • Windows, Doors & Millwork
  • Industrial Machinery
  • Commercial Roofing
  • Packaging & Pallets
  • Construction Products

This is your chance to lead a division, build a book of business, and manage a team underneath you, all while placing high-impact talent across Sales, Ops, Finance, and Executive Leadership roles.

What You'll Do :

  • Own a vertical and drive full-cycle recruiting within your niche
  • Leverage your industry relationships to engage decision-makers and top candidates
  • Run searches for manufacturing, distribution, and PE-backed clients across North America
  • Build and mentor your own recruiting team
  • Represent top talent at the highest level and close high-value placements

    • What Were Looking For :

  • 3+ years of success in agency recruiting, B2B sales, or quota-carrying roles
  • Industry relationships in one or more of the verticals listed above
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to influence and lead conversations
  • Drive to earn uncapped income and take full ownership of your market
