Job Description Job Title Occupational Therapist (OT) - Float - LCPS Job Summary Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) needed for a float role within Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS). This position starts on 3/15/2026 and continues to the end of the school year (6/15/2026). The role involves floating to West locations for commute purposes. Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to students within Loudoun County Public Schools. Float between various school locations (West locations). Evaluate students' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Implement treatment plans and monitor student progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Required Qualifications Occupational Therapist (OT) certification Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a school setting. Experience with pediatric occupational therapy. Skills & Competencies Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to different school environments.
