We are hiring a BCBA to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals and families in Altoona, Iowa. This role includes conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with families, schools, and other providers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional assessments and implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
- Supervise and guide RBTs, ensuring quality intervention delivery.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to integrate interventions into daily routines.
- Complete assessments and reports while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations.
