We are seeking a Process Mechanical Engineer Project Manager - Wastewater PM to join our team!You will be responsible for the design and development of intelligent systems and industrial systems control. The Candidate shall havea PE license in Maryland / Virginia / DC (any one of the states and / or another state with ability to do reciprocity for MD / VA / DC)

Responsibilities andQualifications :

• Mechanical Engineer shall have a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering,

Five years of experience performing engineering design related functions for water and / or wastewater facilities owned by municipalities or regional water and / or wastewater authorities.

Shall be capable of performing principal level mechanical engineering work in the field, plant and / or office; and is required to work independently.

Shall be registered as a Professional Engineer in the state of Maryland / Virginia / DC (any of the three states).

Proficiency in the use of tools such as Project Management Information system (PMIS) such as Unifier, e-Builder etc. (not a requirement but good to have)

Shall provide technical reviews of general and mechanical-specific content of submittal packages. A design submittal package may consist of technical analyses, design criteria reports, contract plans and specifications and / or related documents.

Shall review contract drawings to ensure details are shown and are sufficient

Shall review contract drawings for adequately designed and detailed equipment bases / supports

Shall review contract specifications for proposed mechanical systems, equipment and materials for sufficiency and for probable, good durability and long-term reliability

Shall review / respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and development of field orders for Construction project
