Assistant Controller

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to oversee full accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day accounting functions and ensure timely financial close processes across multiple entities

Own cost accounting processes and partner with operations for financial insights into cost drivers and profitability

Strengthen internal controls and prepare for external audits while ensuring compliance across business units

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

8+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in cost or manufacturing accounting

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and consolidated financial reporting

Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system

Demonstrated leadership experience managing accounting teams
