The Role

We're seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to take charge of our marketing strategy and help us grow our client base. You'll be responsible for promoting our services, generating and nurturing leads, and increasing brand visibility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, initiative, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and web.
• Create engaging content (visual + written) liaising with the video/editing team to showcase our work and drive inbound interest.
• Update and maintain the company website and blog with new projects, client testimonials, and service updates.
• Follow up on inbound leads and client inquiries, converting interest into new business (some of our areas of growth include government departments, the construction industry, ISL (Irish Sign Language) related projects, 360 degree mapping, photography and aerial imaging).
• Identify and pursue opportunities for PR, partnerships, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.
• Manage marketing budgets, analytics, and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure marketing aligns with the brand's voice and vision.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in a creative or B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Comfortable with CMS (WordPress), email marketing tools (like Mailchimp), and analytics platforms.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Passion or interest in photography, video, or visual media is a big plus!
