A company is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the global compliance program and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations

Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program aligned with various laws and regulations

Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership and the Board on regulatory strategy and compliance risks

Required Qualifications

JD degree and active bar membership in good standing

10+ years of legal experience in a corporate or law firm setting, particularly in software / technology

Experience in building and managing global legal and compliance teams

Strong understanding of compliance issues related to data privacy, AI, and emerging technologies

Proven ability to drive operational improvements and scalable compliance programs
