A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Business Office Associate to join our administrative team. This position supports the daily business office operations, including billing, accounts receivable, payroll, and resident financial services.
Key Responsibilities :
Process resident admissions and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with billing and collections for private, insurance, and Medicaid / Medicare payers
Support payroll processing and employee record maintenance
Manage petty cash and other financial transactions
Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth administrative operations
Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff
Qualifications :
Prior experience in healthcare billing, office administration, or accounting preferred
Knowledge of long-term care billing, Medicare / Medicaid a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
